Chicago Air and Water Show
Don’t be surprised if you get a neck ache from looking up during this popular two-day event, which features a variety of aerial displays along the Chicago lakefront. Join the crowds at North Beach and nearby areas (the best viewing spots are along the lakefront from Fullerton to Oak Street) to see air and watercraft demonstrations, including performances by the U.S. Navy Blue Angels—who were absent in 2023—and the U.S. Army Parachute Team Golden Knights.

Printer’s Row Art Fest
This community art fest takes place in Printer’s Row, featuring nearly 100 artists showcasing jewelry, paintings, upcycled artworks, and other interesting items. After shopping, relax with a drink or snack while enjoying live music. Kids can have fun in the Kids Art Zone with face painting, art projects, and more.

Mural Festival
The Titan Walls Mural Festival showcases new murals at various city locations, offering a chance to see public art in the making. Presented by Muros, this week-long event features artists like Fabi, Joe Renda, and Matr creating murals around town.
The festival concludes with an all-day party at District Brew Yards on Saturday, August 10, where you can watch artists at work and enjoy beer from the self-serve taproom.
