Artists of the Wall

Each year, residents of Rogers Park and visitors from across the city come together to paint sections of a 600-foot-long wall near Loyola Beach. The Artists of the Wall Festival, which began in 1993 to cover up graffiti, features live music and plenty of activities for kids. While you need to register for a spot to paint, viewing the artwork is free.
