If you haven’t been to a Mariano’s Fresh Market yet, you have to add it to your MUST do list. I recently started shopping at the Mariano’s on Western & Roscoe and I absolutely LOVE it, it is now my favorite grocery store – hands down! 
When I was a kid I loved to go to the grocery store with my mom and look at all the yummy things I saw on the commercials and beg my mom for it, but today not so much. In fact, I somewhat loath the grocery store. Until now…I truly look forward to shopping at this amazing store, Mariano’s.
I would describe it as a combo of a Whole Foods and a Jewel, but you get the best of both worlds without the price! From the amazing produce department with incredible organic items that are actually affordable to the enormous & delicious soup/salad bar, bakery, deli and more! I love to bring Holden shopping 
I also wanted to make sure all these perks weren’t adding to the pocket book so I did my own little price experiment. I typically buy the same items every time I’m at the store, except for a few things. I was intrigued by Jewel’s new ‘we’ve lowered our prices’ adds so I gave them a whirl. I was SHOCKED with the bill. I didn’t have anything crazy in my cart and my bill was $50 more than what I typically spend at Mariano’s!!! I don’t use coupons, but I do look for sale items and buy the generic brands. I didn’t shop any differently. So go for the luxury of this beautiful grocery store and your pocket book and all of your senses will thank you.
