Chalk Howard Street
Chicago’s only chalk art festival turns Howard Street into a beautiful, chalk-covered masterpiece in just one day. Just east of the Howard Red Line stop between Paulina and Ashland, you’ll find stunning 3D chalk designs created by internationally acclaimed artists. Enjoy food from local vendors or get creative by purchasing a 4×4 sidewalk square for $25—chalk is provided, so you can join in the fun.
Firehouse Block Party
The Firehouse Community Arts Center of Chicago in North Lawndale hosts a lively community block party filled with hip-hop performances, breakdancing, and more. Attendees can enjoy a graffiti showcase, a bounce house, games, and delicious barbecue from local vendors.
Summer Wine Down
Bid summer farewell with a wine tasting event at Gallagher Way. Purchase a wine tasting pass to sample a variety of wines, which includes nine two-ounce pours and a charcuterie pack. When you’re ready for a break from the wine, enjoy live music or join in some lawn games.
Wooftop Party
LondonHouse Chicago is hosting its second annual Wooftop Pawty at LH on 22. This dog-friendly outdoor event offers breathtaking skyline views along with morning beverages, pastries, puppuccinos, dog treats, and the option to purchase professional photos of your furry friend.
