Millennium Park Holiday Sing-Along

Feel free to join the festive atmosphere at Millennium Park throughout the year and joyfully sing your cherished holiday tunes. Enhance the experience by participating in this yearly winter concert series and sing-along, where you can share the musical celebration with a gathering of fellow enthusiasts. This season, the concerts are scheduled every Friday at 6:30pm from December 1-15, featuring a distinct local choral group guiding the audience in song each week. Song books will be provided at every event.

Ride the Polar Express 

The Polar Express is making a comeback to Chicago for its initial complete post-pandemic season, once more providing Chicago residents the opportunity to embark on a enchanting one-hour journey to meet Santa.

From Sunday, December 3, to New Year’s Day, Union Station’s Polar Express Train Ride welcomes travelers to immerse themselves in the timeless children’s tale by Chris Van Allsburg while riding on an actual train accompanied by the iconic soundtrack from the motion picture.

The cherished yearly festivity at the Museum of Science and Industry showcases a towering Grand Tree, spanning four stories from floor to dome, encircled by a collection of over 50 trees and exhibits adorned by volunteers to depict holiday customs from various cultures worldwide.

This distinctive encounter unites a plethora of holiday cheer beneath a single roof and is back for its 81st year!
